Affiliate Terms.

1. Program Overview

The Bazi.click Affiliate Program enables approved Affiliates to earn commissions by referring customers to purchase eligible products and services offered on Bazi.click. Affiliates may promote Bazi.click using their assigned referral code and will earn commissions on qualifying purchases that are properly attributed to them in accordance with these Terms and Bazi.click's tracking records.

2. Eligibility & Application

To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid email address and a functioning website, blog, social media presence, or other promotional platform
• Submit a complete and accurate affiliate application
• Agree to and comply with this Agreement in full
• Not be a direct competitor of Bazi.click

We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Approval of your application does not guarantee continued participation in the program.

3. Affiliate Referral Codes & Tracking

Upon approval, you will be assigned a unique referral code. You are required to use this referral code in all promotions of Bazi.click products and services to facilitate accurate referral attribution and commission payments.

Referrals are tracked when a customer successfully enters and uses your referral code during the purchase process. If a customer fails to enter a valid referral code at the time of purchase, the referral may not be tracked or attributed to you.

We use third-party affiliate and referral tracking software to record referral code usage and qualifying purchases. Our records shall be final and binding in determining referral attribution, commission eligibility, and commission calculations.

You must not misuse, transfer, sell, or represent another affiliate's referral code as your own, nor engage in any activity intended to manipulate or interfere with the accurate tracking of referrals.

4. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn a commission on qualifying purchases made by customers referred through their unique referral code.

The applicable commission rate will be specified upon affiliate approval and may vary between affiliates. The commission percentage displayed on the affiliate dashboard shall be deemed the current and applicable commission rate. The affiliate dashboard is provided for informational and administrative convenience only. In the event of any discrepancy between the affiliate dashboard and Bazi.click's internal records, Bazi.click's internal records shall prevail and be final and binding.

Commissions are calculated based on the actual amount paid by the customer for each qualifying Full Reading Report purchase.

Additional terms regarding commissions:

• Commissions are earned only on qualifying purchases successfully attributed to the Affiliate in accordance with this Agreement.
• Commission rates may vary by product type, promotional period, or affiliate tier and will be communicated to you in writing or through the affiliate dashboard.
• Commissions are only earned on sales of qualifying products and services as determined by Bazi.click from time to time.
• Bazi.click reserves the right to change commission rates upon providing at least 14 days' prior written notice to active Affiliates.
• Bazi.click reserves the right to reverse, adjust, withhold, or deduct commissions for refunded, cancelled, disputed, chargebacked, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible transactions.

5. Qualifying Sales

A sale qualifies for commission only if all of the following conditions are met:

• The customer used your unique referral code at the time of purchase, or the referral was otherwise successfully attributed to you through our tracking system.
• The customer completed a qualifying purchase on Bazi.click using your valid referral code.
• The purchase was not subsequently refunded, cancelled, disputed, or subject to a chargeback.
• The transaction was not identified as fraudulent, suspicious, or in violation of these Terms.
• The purchase was not made by you, members of your household, or any person using your referral code for personal use or self-referral purposes.
• The referral and purchase were properly recorded by our tracking system, whose records shall be final and binding.

6. Payment of Commissions

Commission payments are subject to the following terms:

• Commission payments will be processed no more than once per calendar month. At the end of each calendar month, qualifying commissions accrued during that month will be calculated and paid, subject to verification and compliance with these Terms.
• A minimum payout threshold of SGD $50 (or equivalent) must be reached before payment is issued; unpaid balances roll over to the following month.
• Payments are made via the method selected during your affiliate registration; currently, payments are processed through Wise.
• You are responsible for providing accurate payment details; Bazi.click is not liable for payments sent to incorrect accounts provided by you.
• Bazi.click reserves the right to withhold payment pending verification of referral activity.
• Commissions on refunded or charged-back orders will be deducted from your account balance.
• Bazi.click reserves the right to reverse, adjust, or deduct commissions previously credited where a transaction is refunded, cancelled, charged back, fraudulent, or otherwise found to be ineligible.

7. Promotional Guidelines

As an Affiliate, you agree to promote Bazi.click in a professional, honest, and ethical manner.

You must:

• Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with Bazi.click in all promotional content, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations (e.g., FTC guidelines in the US, ASA rules in the UK)
• Use only approved marketing materials, banners, and copy provided by or approved by Bazi.click
• Accurately represent the products, pricing, and features of Bazi.click
• Not make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about our products
• Not make guarantees of results, income, or specific outcomes from using our services

You must NOT:

• Run paid search advertisements (PPC/SEM) bidding on Bazi.click's brand name, trademarks, or variations thereof, without prior written approval
• Use spam, unsolicited emails, or black-hat SEO techniques to promote Bazi.click
• Create, publish, or distribute false, misleading, or unsubstantiated reviews, testimonials, claims, or promotional content
• Promote Bazi.click on websites or platforms that contain illegal, hateful, adult, or otherwise inappropriate content
• Use any promotional methods that violate any applicable laws, regulations, or platform terms of service
• Offer cash rebates, unauthorized discounts, rewards, incentives, or other benefits to encourage customers to use your referral code, unless expressly approved in writing by Bazi.click
• Engage in self-referrals or encourage friends, family members, household members, or related parties to make purchases primarily for the purpose of generating referral commissions
• Misrepresent your relationship with Bazi.click or imply any endorsement, partnership, or authority beyond your status as an approved affiliate

8. Intellectual Property

Bazi.click grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our approved logos, brand assets, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Affiliate Program in accordance with this Agreement.

You may not alter, modify, or create derivative works from our brand assets without prior written consent. All intellectual property rights in Bazi.click's materials remain the exclusive property of Bazi.click.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:

• Manipulating, falsifying, or interfering with referral tracking, referral codes, or commission attribution mechanisms
• Generating fake clicks, impressions, or fraudulent transactions
• Self-referrals or referring household members
• Providing false information in your affiliate application
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations in connection with your promotional activities
• Engaging in any activity that could damage the reputation or brand of Bazi.click
• Creating websites or content that impersonate or could be confused with the official Bazi.click website

10. Relationship of the Parties

The relationship between you and Bazi.click is that of independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, or franchise relationship between the parties. You have no authority to bind Bazi.click in any way.

You are solely responsible for all taxes, levies, and obligations arising from commissions you earn. Bazi.click will not withhold taxes on your behalf unless required by law.

11. Confidentiality

You agree to keep confidential any non-public information about Bazi.click's products, pricing, strategy, or business operations that you may become aware of through your participation in the Affiliate Program. This obligation survives termination of this Agreement.

12. Term & Termination

This Agreement begins on the date your affiliate application is approved and continues until terminated by either party.

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to us and ceasing all promotional activities.

Bazi.click may terminate this Agreement, with or without cause, at any time by providing notice to you. We may also suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you:

• Violate any provision of this Agreement
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive promotional activities
• Damage or threaten to damage the reputation of Bazi.click
• Fail to generate any qualifying sales within a 6-month period

Upon termination, your right to use your referral code, affiliate account, and marketing materials immediately ceases. Any commissions earned on qualifying sales prior to termination will be paid out in accordance with Section 6, provided there is no outstanding breach of this Agreement.

13. Modifications to the Program

Bazi.click reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliate Program or any aspect of it at any time. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of material changes. Continued participation in the program following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. BAZI.CLICK DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC LEVEL OF EARNINGS OR COMMISSIONS FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BAZI.CLICK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bazi.click, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of this Agreement; (b) your promotional activities; (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights; or (d) any content you create or publish in connection with the Affiliate Program.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of competent courts as applicable.

17. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with any additional guidelines or policies referenced herein, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Bazi.click with respect to the Affiliate Program and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
